A normal day at Grunerløkka during summer (oh I miss summer!) consists of the crazy- probably-South American lady walking hastily down Thorvald Meyers street and preaching angrily at the horizon. She has a language of her own, and people have accepted her that way. What's the fun part with being normal anyway?
Me and a friend eat our favourite meal at the restaurant Mucho Mas while a tram starts honking at a car that has parked in the middle of the street.
Like in all 'wrong parking' situations, the driver cannot be found and a stream of trams are starting to line up one after the other. The chaos has started and there's life!
Finishing our full satisfying meal, we head for the cafe a little further down the street. It's warm and sunny. The laidback atmosphere almost resembles a Latin American country. We almost spill our coffee while sipping when we're suddenly accompanied by a band, playing their trumpets and trombones on full volume.
"My my." I think, while the car in the background is being pulled bu a tow truck.
